Our philosophy: Our vineyards in Carnuntum are the foundation of every bottle. The grapes are harvested at optimum ripeness, gently pressed using the traditional Champagne pressing method, and the juice is hot-filled immediately to preserve its natural freshness, purity and authentic varietal character.
