Fine tannins provide the wine with a solid structure, while the finish is lightly salty and thus rather striking.

Rosé Halligalli - Imagine biting in a fresh grapefruit, that’s what this Rosé tastes like: Very juicy, vibrant and incredibly dancing. Pinot Noir & St. Laurent were combined. Skin-contact for 2 days. Then pressed and aged for 7 months on full lees in big barrels.
